Versatile Applications of Re:ancel Bio-CNF to Enhance Flexibility in Experimental Design
Re:ancel Bio is a 100% plant-derived, animal-free material, and it has been demonstrated to support a variety of culture methods that can be flexibly adapted to the specific objectives of researchers.
• Embedded Method: A standard protocol in which cells are mixed with Bio-CNF to promote three-dimensional growth within the matrix.
• On-top Method: Cells are seeded on top of a pre-formed Bio-CNF hydrogel layer, enabling the observation of interfacial behavior and structural formation.
Similar to conventional systems such as Matrigel, optimal culture models can be designed according to experimental conditions and cell line characteristics.
